Vican Tradings' mission is to offer the highest level of customer service and to be the industry model as a full service broker in the recycled metal industry. The core business of a broker is to make a market. Vican Trading is constantly surveying the global markets for current market price conditions in order to effectively bid and offer material to achieve transaction confirmation. However, at Vican Resources, we understand that buying and selling material is only a small component of a successful execution in trading recycled metal.

Vican Trading, Inc. has spent significant resources to develop the people and software expertise to manage every aspect of the trade from order confirmation through to delivery settlement. The business of transporting recycled metal globally can be very comprehensive and Vican Trading will fully manage every need including:

• Shipment Timing - Communicate with the supplier to gauge when the material is ready for shipping


• Transport - Book all transportation needs. (drayage, land transport, overseas containers, barges, vessels etc)


• Inspection - Arrange for any required inspection


• Weight confirmation – Collect all supporting documents to determine the weight of the shipment Arrange for independent weight scale tickets if require


• Pictures – Collect all relevant pictures of the material including loading pictures. Forward the relevant pictures to the supplier and customs respectively


• Warehousing – Arrange for any short term bonded warehousing if required during transport


• Customs – Provide all of the necessary documentation and pictures to the customs department of any country that is involved in the shipment of the material


• Track movement – Continuous tracking of the material during transit of land and overseas transport. Provide the supplier with accurate ETA of the material


• Delivery – Confirm with the customer that the material has been received and that the quality and weight are consistent with the invoice. In the rare event that the customer does not agree that the received material is consistent with the contracted material, Vican Trading will manage any quality or weight issues and resolve any disputes that may arise
